Hi friends, I’m Bella.



Years ago, I was totally in your shoes. I was struggling with heavy painful periods, tons of PMS symptoms, like fatigue, bloating, constipation, sore breasts, mood swings, hormonal acne, and more. But, I knew that being a woman didn’t need to be this difficult. 


In order to resolve my health issues, I decided to obtain my Master’s in Nutrition for Wellness from a predominant naturopathic medical school, Bastyr University. 


Through my studies and additional research after graduating, I began to understand how to truly nourish and support my own biological needs. When I started fueling and nourishing my body properly and consistently, all my symptoms began to fade away.

Module 1 - Introduction

In this module, I explain what to expect in the course. I share my own personal health journey, struggles with hormone imbalances, and how I have personally overcome my health battles. Then, we go into evaluating your own symptoms and hormonal imbalances along with learning what to expect throughout the course. 


Module 2 - Imbalances

This module covers the most common hormonal imbalances, including poor thyroid function, high stress hormones, estrogen dominance, low progesterone along with poor liver and gut dysfunction. We also cover the menstrual cycle and what a well functioning menstrual cycle looks like along with common cycle symptoms. You learn why these imbalances are so common in our modern world and how to mark your progress by tracking your cycle along with the best way to track thyroid and stress hormones at home. 


Module 3 - Intentional Eating

Before getting into what to eat, we first have to understand how much, how often, and how to eat. In this module, you learn that most of us are under-eating, which often leads to the restrict-binge cycle. You also realize that most of us aren't eating often enough, which leads to poor blood sugar regulation and numerous unwanted symptoms. Lastly, we cover how to properly eat in a state of rest to improve digestion and absorption of the nutrients we consume. 


Module 4 - Nourishment

Here we get into the bulk of the nutrition information. We cover why animal protein, simple sugars, and saturated fats are all essential to hormone balance. We also cover why dairy may not be as harmful as you once thought and why too much fiber can be doing more harm than good. We also cover the importance of minerals and vitamins along with the best food sources of both. Lastly, we wrap up by covering the few supplements that are essential to your hormone balancing journey along with the supplements you can consider if you struggle with certain symptoms. 


Module 5 - Application

Can I eat a vegan, plant-based, low-carb, keto, paleo, carnivore, or another diet and have success with this course?

This course does not conform to any sort of diet. I do not recommend any of the diets listed above to successfully achieve hormone balance. You can try to stick to a particular diet while taking this course but may discover it's much more difficult to heal. If you’re looking to get away from diets, this course will help your transition to feel better daily.
